du Qu\u00e9bec<\/strong> has awarded Aux trois sentiers a grant to carry out an <a href=\"https:\/\/auxtroissentiers.org\/en\/better-supporting-family-caregivers-before-and-after-death-an-action-research-project-to-transform-practices\/\"><strong>action-research project focused on the needs of family caregivers <\/strong><\/a>during the final days of a loved one\u2019s life and throughout the period following their death. <\/p><p>Conducted over a 15-month period, this project is being carried out in collaboration with community partners and university researchers from various disciplines.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-24ae0c8 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"24ae0c8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\"
