The Executive Committee works closely together on the development of the project’s various pathways, as well as on day-to-day care activities.

Catherine Bourdages
Director of Strategic Development

With over 25 years of experience in organizational settings, Catherine is passionate about developing projects with a strong social impact. Throughout her career, she has worked as both an expert and a manager in strategic communications, change management, and organizational transformation. Business model development, fundraising, partnership building, and communications are at the core of her role.

Director of Operations

A leader in governance and performance, Jessica brings over a decade of experience in operations management, organizational transformation, and executive support. Her career is marked by a strong commitment to people and operational excellence. She guides the team through the challenges of launching the pilot project, builds trusted relationships with partners, and ensures rigorous and dynamic management.

Our Rapid Response Unit (RRU) for home-based care

With their expertise and deeply human approach, this management team is passionately developing the care and services that will soon be offered to people at the end of life and their loved ones, in their homes. A powerful meeting point between clinical care and complementary approaches in end-of-life care.

As a co-manager of the clinical team within the Rapid Response Unit (nursing staff and care attendants), Maude welcomes, trains, and supports team members. She actively contributes to the development of the care model, as well as to the creation of clinical protocols and care tools, ensuring rigorous and innovative end-of-life support.

Coordinator of Clinical and Complementary Care

As head of the Rapid Response Unit (clinical and complementary care), she oversees and supports the co-managers in their day-to-day work while developing and strengthening relationships with partners across the healthcare network.

Nina Najman-Zaikoff
Assistant to the Coordinator of Complementary Care

Responsible for the development of the complementary care offering, she assesses, proposes, and organizes services designed to ease the end-of-life journey for both patients and their loved ones, in close collaboration with her clinical care colleagues.

Aux trois sentiers has established an Occupational Health and Safety Committee to strengthen prevention and promote well-being within the team. The committee is led by Julie Gaudette, a seasoned professional in occupational health and safety, environment, and emergency management, who has generously volunteered her expertise to support the organization.

Ultrasound-Guided Venous Access Training Committee

Focused on enhancing clinical skills, the Training Committee brings together seasoned professionals whose mandate is to develop a course aimed at ensuring full autonomy for nursing and medical staff providing home-based care in the placement of venous access required for the administration of end-of-life medications. The goal is to prevent hospital visits in the final hours of life by enabling patients to receive comprehensive end-of-life care in the comfort of their own homes.
