Volunteer Spotlight | Julie Gaudette

The mission of Aux trois sentiers is rooted in the generosity of people who choose to give their time and expertise. As part of the semaine de l’action bénévole, we are proud to highlight one of them: Julie Gaudette.

A manager specializing in occupational health and safety (OHS), environment, and emergency measures, Julie generously offers her expertise to our organization. Since June 2025, she has been supporting our OHS committee with both rigor and care, contributing to the implementation of the new regulatory framework that came into effect last October.

Each month, she joins committee members to help advance our priorities in a concrete way, particularly in relation to our home-based care reality. Holding two master’s degrees—in environment and occupational health—and with extensive experience in the energy, mining and metallurgy, pulp and paper, and aerospace sectors, she plays a key role in structuring our OHS practices.

But beyond her expertise, it is the human connection that drives her.

Julie has been deeply touched by the commitment and dedication of the OHS committee members. She highlights the quality of the relationships she builds, grounded in authenticity and collaboration. For her, this volunteer role is also a valuable opportunity to discover the medical field, to witness the growth of an organization in full expansion… and to contribute to it in a meaningful way.

💛 “It’s a true pleasure to connect and exchange—it brings me a great sense of well-being.”

Thank you, Julie, for your generosity, professionalism, and invaluable contribution to creating a healthy and safe work environment for all. The strength of volunteerism lies precisely in this mutual exchange, where each party needs the other and, in turn, deeply enriches one another.
